We are accountable to the people we serve, to our supporters and to the Charity Commission. Here is how we are run.
How we are governed
Rhyl Education and Community Centre is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (Foundation model), registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales on 29 January 2021. Our trustees are responsible for the direction and management of the charity, and none of them receives any payment or benefit for their role.
Our trustees
The charity is governed by a board of trustees who meet regularly and are responsible for its direction, finances and compliance. Our trustees are listed on the public register held by the Charity Commission, which is kept up to date as appointments change.
Our finances
As a registered charity we file annual accounts and a trustees' report with the Charity Commission every year. These are published in full on the public register, together with our income, expenditure and reporting history.
